JOB SKILLS & APPRENTICE TRAINING
For this initiative in the USA in particular, RNM wishes use Job Skills to Empower a special Workforce that can redo the economic landscape of people in poor demographic communities in the US Urban centers, change the lifestyles of many from drug addiction and past incarceration history or criminal backgrounds through its ReStart Initiative.
JOB SKILLS EMPOWERMENT

Heroes - are the Sponsors and Mentors that adopt apprentices for 3-9 months training and incubation opportunity in chosen business or industry. Heroes are also donors that sponsor equipment given or loaned out to apprentices and trainees in our programs who graduate in good standing and need financial support for self-employment or business startup.

Understanding Recidivism
Recidivism means returning to jail after release. RNM breaks this cycle by addressing the root barriers—childcare, transportation, employment, and tools.
Furthermore, providing them with self-employment opportunity through the development of sound business skills, training in financial management, how money works, with no need to worry or live in constant self-condemnation about their poor criminal background checks being conducted by an employer gives such individuals a little relief or lease on life knowing that very soon they will become their own boss.
