RNM Workforce for Job-Skills Training and 2nd Chance / ReStart Initiative (USA)

  • Sponsor an Apprentice for 1-14 days (short-term training) at $250/day.
  • Equipment & Tools: $500-$1500.
  • Mentorship/Internship: 3-9 months: $3500/month - you decide the number of months to sponsor your apprentice. 

Apprenticeships for justice-impacted adults & single young mothers. Beginning in Texas, this reentry program, help single mothers, and other adults out of jail or with poor background history get a second chance employment, or special job-skills for self-employment.

Sponsor an Apprentice to cover cost and materials:

  • Full Apprentice Sponsorship
  • Childcare & Transportation for a Young Mothers in the program
  • Sewing Machine Sponsorship or equipment & tools

RNM’s Job Skills and Workforce ReStart Initiative (USA) helps formerly incarcerated individuals and single young mothers gain job skills and stability.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Generally, when a project or program is sponsored by a donor - a donation receipt which is a tax-deductible gift is generated from this Non-Profit organization. As such no refund is applicable except the request is made within 3 calendar days from when the sponsorship was made and if the donated amount has been confirmed and approved by the organization during the same period.

Also, if the sponsorship was made towards a training session scheduled to start within 3 calendar days, then there will be no refund. For all other general circumstances, refunds are not applicable. 

SHIPPING INFO

RNM does not ship any physical product for any level of sponsorship or donation under the Job-Skills/Apprentice and Workforce ReStart program.

However, RNM will provide digital products as follows:

  1. A Donation/Sponsorship Receipt for tax deduction per IRS 501(C)(3) Regulations
  2. The pictures / video clips of the beneficiaries before, during and after the program training.
  3. The location addresses of where they were trained or contact references of their trainer / mentor. (Some privacy rules may be applicable for anonymous donors).  
  4. The Story of the impact the gift has made and how many individuals or persons have been helped.
