Weekly meetings and prayers of planning committee and project champion

The small group will continue to meet, develop and review Gala agenda, ensure things are coming together, etc.

Pre-Gala Rehearsals and dinner - Thursday Aug. 25th at the Marriott Hotel (6:30 PM) - for all that have been assigned a role for the Gala Event night
