Main Project Goals for 2004-2005

The following is a brief run down of our planned projects for 2004 into Q1 of 2005. 

  1. Acquire a deep well rig

  2. Ready rig and ship to Nigeria - West Africa

  3. Drill 6 to 10 water wells

  4. Train 3-6 water well rig operators on the Cable Tool and LS-200 Rigs

  5. Complete 2 unfinished projects or inadequate wells

  6. Assist in funding the Calaba Town Orphanage Water Well in Sierra Leone

  7. Conduct V-TEN Training Pilots in Ghana and Sierra Leone - Computer Operations & Internet Technology Fundamentals / work on helping start the related Vocational Training Center in those countries

  8. Raise medical equipment / supplies and ship to Nigeria / Ghana and bring Pastor Albert Yeboah of Ghana to USA to meet with Board members

  9. Start preliminary work on Telemedicine Initiatives in Nigeria with medical and technology experts in the United States and Nigeria. Program Officers - Dr. Samson Otuwa (Texas Children's Hospital, Lead Investigator) and Dr. Stuart Quartemont (Texas A&M Univ. / Medical Missions International), Ms. Amrita Pal (Shell Oil Products US-telemedicine & bioinformatics volunteer scientist), Dr. Ernest Nwaigbo (Anglican Dioceses of Owerri Medical Clinics), Professor Onuba Obiora (Dean College of Medicine, University of Calabar and Adjunct Professor of Medicine, Abia State University, Aba), Dr. Ben Mbata (Consultant Pediatrician / Gynecologist - Owerri Medical Center), Dr. J. Osondu (Janet Memorial Hospital, Aba), Dr. Charles Ikeji (Divine Grace Hospital, Aba), and Dr. A. Sunny Okorie (RNM President / Gen. Manager, and lead researcher on TROPIX-MD)

  10. Conduct 3 Rural Clinic Outreaches at Ikwuano Umuahia in Abia State, Orlu in Imo State, and Takoradi, Western Region of Ghana.

  11. Assist two local groups in Southwest Houston with V-TEN / Computer Literacy Programs for adults and children.

  12. Develop a network of 100 faithful Relief Ambassadors / sponsors who make monthly contributions of a minimum of $25. Want to sign up? Go to our donations page and use your credit card.
